A biodegradable composition comprises a plastic raw material, a bioplastic, and a microbial additive. A content of the plastic raw material is between 50 wt% and 96 wt% based on a total weight of the biodegradable composition; a content of the bioplastic is between 3 wt% and 30 wt% based on the total weight of the biodegradable composition; the microbial additive is Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium, and a content of the microbial additive is between 1 wt% and 5 wt% based on the total weight of the biodegradable composition. Accordingly, the microbial additive can accelerate natural degradation of the bioplastic, promote growth of microorganisms in the environment, and assist in degrading the plastic raw material. The biodegradable composition indeed conforms to biodegradable standards and specifications, providing environment-friendly and natural biodegradation effects.
